Eligibility

Graduate/postgraduate required.

Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, fast-growing/large organization is preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates.

Responsibilities                         

Regularly clean recruitment data in ATS by coordinating with the TA team.

Publish department-specific reports or dashboards and metrics to stakeholders.

Ensuring that demand, job, and offer details are properly updated and are in line with internal guidelines.

Prepare ad-hoc data reports as needed.
