The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing engineering projects. He/She will be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, prepare status reports, and ensure that projects are completed within the timeline and budget.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or a Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in project management. He/She should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional criteria

• A maximum of 3 years gap in education, if any, is allowed between the 10th and the start of the diploma.

• No spaces are allowed in the diploma. The diploma should be completed within 3 years of starting the diploma.

• Only full-time diploma courses are allowed. No part-time or correspondence or distance learning in the diploma program.

• Mandatory to have studied basic mathematics as one subject in the diploma.

• Business Mathematics and Applied Mathematics will NOT be considered core mathematics in the Diploma.

• Open school or distance learning is allowed in 10th and 12th or both.

• A maximum of one pending process is allowed per evaluation process. Candidates are expected to clear the backlog along with the 6th semester.

• He should be an Indian citizen or a PIO or OCI card holder in case he is holding a passport from any other country.

• Citizens of Bhutan and Nepal must present their identity cards.

• Candidates who have participated in any recruitment process conducted by Wipro in the last three months are not eligible.
