HFL Recruitment Notification 2022 has been released by the Life Insurance
Corporation of India Housing Finance Limited on their official website for the
post of Assistant and Assistant Manager. Candidates who are eligible and
interested can apply for the posts through the prescribed format on or before
the last date.
The LIC
HFL Recruitment 2022 is being done to fill a total of 80 vacancies for the post
of Assistant and Assistant Manager across various LIC HFL offices in India. LIC
HFL is looking for young and dynamic individuals with good communication skills
and a flair for marketing for the post of Assistant. The selected candidates
will be placed on probation for a period of 6 months.

LIC HFL Recruitment: Salary
Assistant- The starting basic salary of 22,730/- PM and other admissible allowances as per govt rules shall be payable. Total per month will be approximately Rs.33,960/-.
Assistant Manager: The starting basic salary of Rs.53,620/- PM and other admissible allowances as per govt rules shall be payable. Total per month will be approximately Rs.80,110/-.
LIC HFL Recruitment: Selection Procedure
The
selection of the candidates will be done through a two layer selection process, one is Online Written Examination and Interview. The candidates need to qualify in
each stage. Only the candidates qualifying in the written exam will be called
for the interview or PI round.
LIC HFL Recruitment: Exam Pattern
- The examination will be conducted for total 200 marks.
- Total number of questions asked are 200 .
- The time duration of the examination is 120 minutes.
- There is a negative marking of 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted.
