Job Responsibilities:

•  Byju’s Business Development Associate (BDE) post.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Candidates will begin in an individual contributor’s role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the byju's way of learning in your city.

• They would conduct the meeting with the parents on call and tell them about our products. Convince them to buy our products and use them for their children and also for them.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Should complete their Graduation in any field ( Min qualification )From any stream or any field.

Required Skill:

• Should have good communication skills in English.

• Have knowledge of mentoring and guiding the parents.

• Having experience in sales and marketing.

• Have good presentation skills.

Salary :

• All the selected candidates will provide a two-month training. During training, students will provide with a monthly salary of 25,000 RS.

• After successful completion of training, candidates will be promoted to BDA (Business Development Associate)

• All the successful candidates will be provided with a salary of 7  LPA  and incentives depend upon their performance.
