Responsibilities

• Accurately analyze research and process all appointments and closings of other transactions within established time frames.
• Communicate with dedicated client resources via email on process-related matters
• Ensure assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA metrics.
• Ensure that transaction quality is consistent with pre-defined parameters set by SLA metrics.
• Provide relevant process reports in a timely manner
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules, i.e. according to pre-defined lists.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Any Graduate

• Research and analytical skills.
