• Excellent communication skills,

• Ability to empathize, calm, and handle upset customers with exceptional communication skills.

• Technical knowledge in troubleshooting Basic operating system issues and eagerness to learn new technologies.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.

• Managing and resolving customer complaints.

• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.

• Provide customers with information about products and services.

• Investigate, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
