Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) provides an opportunity for engineering and science graduates, BCA or B.Sc to work with India’s third-largest IT services company, even before they complete their studies.

The program offers a unique blend of classroom learning and on-the-job experience that helps participants gain the skills and knowledge needed to build a successful career in the IT industry.

Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program is currently accepting applications for the Scholar Trainee role. This is a 2-year program that includes 4 months of full-time classroom training followed by 18 months of on-the-job training.

Eligibility

Must have completed 10th and 12th standards.

Transition years: 2022 and 2023.

Must have 60% or 6.0 CGPA in Graduation.

Full-time BCA or B.Sc. Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics.

No part-time study, correspondence, or distance learning as part of the degree.

Open school or distance education is only allowed for grades 10 and 12.

One accumulation is allowed into the assessment phase. Candidates are expected to clear the backlog along with the 6th semester.

A maximum of 3 years of GAP in education are allowed (from the 10th to the beginning of graduation).

No gaps are allowed during the graduation period. Graduation should be completed within 3 years of starting graduation.

Scholarship

1st year: You will get stipend of INR 15000 + 488 (ESI) + entry bonus of Rs 75000 along with 1st month stipend.

2nd year: You will receive a stipend of INR 17,000 + 533 (ESI)

3rd year: You will receive a stipend of INR 19,000 + 618 (ESI)

4th year: You will get a scholarship of INR 23000

Training contract

You will be required to sign a training contract for 60 months after joining. Note: You will be liable to pay an amount of INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis if you leave the organization before the completion of 5 years of the training contract.
