Responsibilities

Technical/Engineering

Diploma holders, engineering graduates, and postgraduates are needed in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction, tool design and manufacturing, product design, industrial engineering, materials science, or robotics.

Programmers

Good working knowledge of one or more of the following - C++, C#, SQL, Visual Basic, Java, ASP, HTML, Python, or Android required.

Sales and Marketing

They can be posted in important cities in different parts of India. The job involves extensive travel, managing salespeople and modern retail, and achieving sales targets. May have the opportunity, based on performance, to attend foreign conferences. After some sales experience, promising candidates may be moved into marketing.

Accounts/Commercial

Work in internal audit, costing, corporate accounts, budgeting and control, factory accounts, and business operations. Good knowledge of accounting and spreadsheets is desirable.

Human Resources

Work in workforce training and development, recruitment, appraisal management, and HR in a manufacturing plant.

Executive assistants to top management

Brilliant graduates in any field are needed to provide all-around assistance to senior managers; they will be exposed to many aspects of the business.

Legal

Knowledge of industrial relations, intellectual property, legal metrology, employment law, contracts, and commercial law will be useful. Persons qualified as Company Secretaries may also apply.

Eligibility Criteria:

Diploma /BE/ B.Tech/ MBA/ B.Com/ M.com/ LLB from any stream

Pay

During training: Rs. 8 to 10 million

On Confirmation: Rs.10 to 12 Lakhs.
