Requirements analysis

• Understanding the functional aspects of client requirements.

• Effective execution of tasks.

• Notify management in a timely manner of clarifications, issues, and concerns regarding work performance.

• Adherence to the schedule, and deadlines.

• Maintain effective working relationships (interpersonal) with team members and supervisors.

• Comply with organizational policies and procedures.

• Participate in project and organizational initiatives led by Delivery leadership.

• Ensure appropriate classification and prioritization of tasks.

• Follow a defined process when performing a task.

• Provide regular task-level updates as needed.

Documentation.

• Assist in creating documentation on specific client applications, specific processes, and workflows.

• Creating application-specific reports.

• E.g. SLA KPIs report performance aspects, number of transactions processed per day, number of successful transactions, etc.

• Attending calls, reporting status

• Participating in daily standup calls and weekly calls

• Participation in the creation of weekly and monthly reports for clients.

Learning, training.

• Understanding the details of the quality processes and procedures used in the project from various sources.

• Review project-specific documents and boot camps to learn about client application technology stacks used in the client environment and client-specific processes and tools (like Quality Center JIRA).

• Attend any Knowledge Transition sessions held within the project to gain project-level knowledge expertise.

• Completion of the domain, technical, and project-related pieces of training and certifications.
