- Applicants who are graduated in 2022
- The applicant should not have more than 5.0 active back papers.
- The applicant must clarify requirements and identify gaps for features that will be implemented.
- The applicant must team up with developers to create algorithms and flowcharts.
- The applicant must create and implement robust and extensible code modules.
- The applicant must write clean, efficient code that adheres to the specifications.
- The applicant is responsible for verifying and deploying product functionality; deploying to staging servers and assisting the Lead in deploying to the production environment as needed.
- The applicant must apply the team software development process on a consistent basis (e.g., estimations, tracking, testing, code & design reviews, etc.).
- The applicant must accurately schedule and track progress while also providing visibility to the Mentor and other team members in order to monitor and resolve risk; create end-to-end WBS and estimates for modules being implemented. Take part in customer meetings.
- The applicant must actively contribute to the development of the tech culture by sharing their knowledge and experiences.
