• Job Role

• Flipkart is Hiring for the job role of Lead - Central (Advance Excel, Python/R).

• Job Responsibility

• End to End last afar capacity upload process i.e. from headcount data collection to uploading it in system including zonal collaboration for the data collection (like vacuity, fresh capacity etc.).

• End to end storehouse managing for last afar for all the services including regular and grocery.

• Monitoring daily Speed metrics and make call outs regarding that and same along with RCA.

• Managing utility for last afar.

• Interaction with Zonal Ops Planning and Analytics platoon to resolve queries or issues.

• Publish Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS. Insure all the MIS related queries from zones are addressed in a timely manner.

• Collection of data for Asset Review, Management Review and follow up with stakeholders for time to time updation.

• Driving daily war room with zones and central stakeholder to ground gaps in the last afar process.

• Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate with more than 1 year of experience in a Supply Chain Operation.

• Preferred skill

• Data management/MIS knowledge 

• Good communication skills

• Stakeholder Management

• Advance Excel

• Python/R
